Patrick Cote Takes on Alessio Sakara at UFC 154 in Montreal

STUDIO MMA, RIVERSIDE, CA – Patrick Cote returns home on November 17^th, when he takes on Alessio Sakara at UFC 154 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. UFC officials announced the bout Friday.

Cote [17-8-0 MMA, 4-8-0 UFC] returned to the octagon in July, dropping a unanimous decision to Cung Le at UFC 148. Prior to the loss, Cote went 4-0 outside the promotion. All Cote’s losses have come within the UFC, having a perfect 13-0 record on the regional circuit.

Meanwhile, Sakara [15-9-0 MMA, 6-6-0 UFC] is hoping to snap a two-fight losing streak after dropping contests to Chris Weidman at UFC live 3 and Brian Stann at UFC on Fuel TV 2. Previously, Sakara had three consecutive victories over Joe Vedepo, Thales Leites and James Irvin.
