[WMMA] Invicta FC Stacks The Card For Their 2nd All-Female Event
STUDIO MMA, VENICE, CA — Building on the success of their inaugural event, Invicta Fighting Championships has announced the all-female fight card for its second affair, scheduled to take place on July 28 in Kansas City, Kansas. The headlining bout will feature 2004 Olympic Wrestling Silver Medalist and undefeated MMA star Sara McMann [5-0-0 MMA] and battle-tested submission wizard Shayna “The Queen of Spades” Baszler [14-6-0 MMA]. The rest of the card features popular stand-outs including Cesar Gracie protégé Alexis Davis [11-5 MMA], rugged bantamweight Liz “Girl-rilla” Carmouche [6-2-0], and decorated kick-boxer Julia “The Jewel” Budd [2-2-0 MMA].
“With our second event, we are bringing in top competitors from all over the world in order to deliver a card stacked, from top to bottom, with some of the best matchups in the entire women’s field of MMA fighters,” said Knapp.
Tickets go on sale on Friday. Here is the full line-up:
